Small team, high trust
Few people, deep ownership. No PMs writing tickets for engineers. The person closest to the problem makes the call.
Ship the work
Working code beats decks. Diffs beat status updates. We do the smallest version that proves the idea, then iterate fast.
Be plainspoken
No corporate hedging. Say what you mean. If the customer is wrong, say so. If we're wrong, say so faster.
Quality bar
We sweat the details. Visual fidelity, copy clarity, latency, types. The bar is "a craftsperson would be proud of this."
